As far as what I have done: I ran Bluetooth troubleshooter (device not capable). I looked in device manager, but it wasn't listed. I tried to add it as a legacy hardware and couldn't find it. I came to MSI and updated my BIOS followed by a CMOS reset with optimized default settings. I updated all of my Intel drivers.
