I use a full keyboard, so the numerical keys are used for steering and accelerating/braking. The arrows are used for engine and trailer brakes and shifting up and down. Both Trucks & Trailers and Scania Truck Driving Simulator are excellent for this. Physics aren't as good as ETS2, but they're still plenty playable.
