Does anyone have experience of capability of the yaris cross 4 wheel drive when starting off on a slippery inclined road. Also is the drive technology intelligent any wheel drive or simply equal power 4 wheel drive. Also, I presume that the 4 wheel drive capability is purely electric drive and consequently limited in terms of speed and distance.

Flys up hills, sips petrol, great safety features, a bit tinny. I went for the Design version to get the smaller wheels and the rather basic interior came with the territory. The car is easier to get into than my old Auris but nowhere near as comfortable. The car is swift and flies up hills and is good on the narrow rural roads around here.
Build quality seems good too. I have driven many Yaris models over the years and always found them fun to drive, and easy to live with. I’m getting good economy around 6-6.5lt/100kms. These cars are very reliable, and the 1.3/1.5lt engines have been known to go for a long time. lEaq9zj.
